WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES
We are very informal when it comes to wedding photography and like to capture your special day as it unfolds. We can take formal posed photos but prefer to capture people just being themselves. There are always 2 photographers in all of our wedding photography packages covering the wedding ensuring we cover all the angles and effectively doubling the amount of photos you get.
We have 6 wedding photography packages priced according to the length of coverage you require. We take an unlimited amount of shots, edit a selection and give you all the full resolution images. This means you can produce your own prints (to any size and quantity) and produce your own album if you choose.
Our DVD/USB wedding photography packages offer exceptional value, giving you the freedom to copy, print and distribute your treasured images amongst friends and family for a fraction of the cost a traditional photographer would charge for prints.
In addition to your images on disc we also give you a slideshow of your best images to be played in DVD players. There are many examples of past wedding slideshows on my YouTube channel. We also offer USB sticks with slideshows that can be played on most mobile devices
If you would prefer a professional bespoke album, we create storybook style albums upon request, these can be ordered after your wedding day should you want one but clients are free to create their own if they wish as they have the full resolution image discs.
Coverage prices are based on duration and outlined below, we do offer discounts for midweek (Mon-Thurs) weddings.
HOW LONG DO I NEED COVERAGE FOR?
This is one of the most common questions we get asked by clients looking to book us for their wedding photography. Our wedding photography packages are priced to suit a range of budgets so in this respect your coverage length can be set to suit your budget. We try and offer flexibility to all clients, some only want us taking photos before the wedding breakfast, others are after wedding photography into the evening, again it is entirely up to the couple how they want their day to go.
Typically the 4 hour package will get coverage from guests arriving (usually about 30 minutes before the ceremony to when guests sit down for the wedding breakfast. This includes ceremony, a few formal photos (though we tend not to do huge amounts of formal groups) and some beautiful images of the bride and groom. If you are wishing to incorporate speeches into the photography, if they are at the beginning of the wedding breakfast you can usually get these in on the 4/5 hour packages. If they are at the end of the meal you might be better going for 6 hours of coverage. If there is a lot of travel involved say between where the bride is getting ready, to where the ceremony is and also the reception, these are all considerations that need to be kept in mind when looking at how long you would like photographic coverage. If you are wanting bridal preparations we generally start with the bride about 90 minutes before the ceremony as we get details such as the flowers, dresses, shoes etc. then head to see the groom about 30 minutes before. If you are wanting wedding photography packages that includes the whole day from bridal preparation through to first dance you will probably be looking at 8/9 hour coverage.
We don’t clock watch and appreciate things can run over from time to time so that isn’t a problem at all. We always have a pre-wedding meeting about a month before to go over the timings and the details of the day, if you wish to change the length of coverage that is required at this time that is perfectly fine.
PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES
Natural family portrait photography sessions by professional photographer Pete Barnes. Portrait photos ideally suited for families, babies, children or couples. Shoots can either be environmental where we are out and about at a park or a location of your choice or studio based.
Packages are purely digital so you have the images and can print and share as you like. Sessions are roughly 45 minutes to an hour. Prices are £80 for up to 10 images and £120 for up to 20 images. Clients are sent the proofs digitally so they can choose them in their own time without any high pressure sales involved. Below is a small selection of the kind of shots I like to capture.
